USA have allied themselves with Ubatuba.
Russia have allied themselves with Eurasia.
China has allied itself with Japan.
Canada has allied itself with Greece.

They can still join other alliances, keep in mind.

I am sending a military force into Peru in order to catch and interrogate these terrorists.  We are apprehensive of the Japanese presence in a state we are protecting, and I find Japan's rapid acquisition of two more countries in the South American territory combined with sending an army into a protectorate state to be one step short of blatant threats.

International law, nitrox, technically dictates that Ziad is within his rights to send in a force to apprehend the terrorists (ex: US capture of Osama Bin Laden) and for you to consider that a threatening act of war is a gross exaggeration. Using this as reason to declare war on Ziad would be quite illogical, and the Japanese representatives in the international congress insist that this is an act of homeland security and that Brazil has no right or reason to interfere.

Furthermore, Argentina is a PROTECTORATE state of the Far Eastern Entente, which means that it is my responsibility to defend them from any attack, be it a terrorist or an army. Nitrox' job is to defend Peru, which has also been attacked by he terrorist, so our needs align. Both of us need this terrorist stopped, and I don't see why we cannot work together to apprehend the criminal, but apparently Nitrox' pride prevents him from accepting help from someone else who is also working to defend  South America.

Taken in a vacuum, this situation would not be threatening.  However, considering the context (you have hinted threats to Brazil in private chats, have extended control over a wide area, and Peru would be an ideal location for you), I am simply warning you to be careful.

I am not interpreting this as an act of war and I will cooperate with you in finding this terrorist, but I will be keeping a close eye on matters to ensure that you do not step out of bounds.
