"I would like a few more details on her condition if that is possible." Henry said after a long pause, "But otherwise, very well." He began to walk towards his operating room in the base.

Grace

She ran up to a wall, her hands grabbing a windowsill and pulling herself up, plating her feet on the sill. She climbed up to the top of the building and looked around, bouncing up and down a few times.

"Laced with something rotting!" She heard someone yell off in the distance. She jogged across a few buildings until she could see the source. A man was being dangled by a shoe from a building. Two men were talking, but she couldn't make out what they were saying. She moved to get closer and watched, Probably not my business, not interested in doing the Noir's dirty work again any time soon. If only I could make out a few more words.

Grace

They're dragging him off Grace walked on top of a covered bridge to the other building and scaled it but stopped, Let's not pursue this any further, wouldn't want to get dragged back into the Noir She turned to leave.

Bio:
Gabriel lived a normal life until he dropped out of high school at 17. Gabriel wandered around aimlessly between different manual labor jobs with no purpose. Late one night at a bar, he meets a man named Truman who is on a mission to recruit agents to Corpus Noir. The organization gives him a sense of purpose and he embraces it wholeheartedly. He dedicates himself to every mission and becomes valuable to Corpus Noir, not for his intelligence, but for his obedience. The organization trains him on weaponry use and he develops a love for hunting, which he does on occasion.

Mod Bonus: Willing to do any body modification, he agrees to do something obvious which readily identifies him as a member of their organization. Gabriel sacrifices both legs which are transformed into state-of-the-art prosthetic legs which allow him to jump to extreme heights and run faster then any human ever has.

Mod Drawback: Still learning to harness the power of his new legs, Gabriel is uncoordinated and has fallen many times. The one thing Gabriel must always do is stay out of bad weather, which might draw lightning toward him and kill him.

Keep in mind that most of the story is set inside the Dome, which would protect against lightning and bad weather.  As an alternative drawback, expanding on the uncoordination aspect, I would recommend that the extreme power provided by the legs is difficult to deactivate, meaning that the character has to walk slowly and carefully, and can't go into a run or jump without speeding forward or leaping to large heights.

Notes:
1) Gabriel is current stepping in for Truman while he is away on a recruiting mission.
2) Gabriel wears special leather pants that have a wood fiber lining to minimize the risk of electric shock.

Luke Walker

Luke gritted his teeth.

"I hate coming back with news like this. As much as you may not believe it, I suspected full truth in the CN man's words. And fi true, we lost nearly a years supply of food. Rico, use that communicator and contact a Government lab. Find out if this food sample we collected is poisoned or not. And in the meantime, we'll head back to base. I think I'll take the night off, go to that Lucia concert. I do very much enjoy her music. Besides, the men there could use an extra body. That many people is a homing magnet for the Corpus Noir. You want to come? Incognito, of course."

Ken Sy

Ken nodded his confirmation, not wanting to spend energy wasting with words. It was commonly known throw the facility that Ken was more of a silent, violent type. Quickly, Ken gave a Corpus Noir salute to Dr. Belmont and ran towards the mission centre, looking for Agent Ashworth.

Grace

Grace began jogging back towards her street and jumped down into the street from a building. She ran her fingertips along the brick walls near her. She was confined to the slums, but that wasn't so bad. It was a good kind of claustrophobia, everyone was pretty close to one another. She ran up a flight of stairs and turned on a somewhat nicer street.

She ran by a house she recognized.

"Good morning Grace" She heard. She skidded to a stop.

"Nepal?" A familiar face from the Noir wasn't exactly what she wanted to see, but they weren't her enemies or anything. Jeeze it's weird to hear him raise his voice

Amber Carnelian

It's always a hot day, Amber thought. Not like there's much prey around anyways. She scanned her surroundings. She spotted an animal trap hidden behind some dead trees. It was empty. Seems as though another hunter group searched this area. She wondered if they really searched thoroughly enough. Amber pulled out a small dagger and chipped at the bark of one of the dead trees. After a few seconds a chunk of the bark crumbled away, revealing an interior full of larvae.

Amber sighed. This happened every time. Barely any of the other hunters bothered to collect the larvae, even though it was a perfectly liable source of food. She got a sack from her equipment and started gathering the larvae. She tossed a sack to the other two and pointed at the other dead trees, motioning for them to do the same.

Storm looked disgusted.

Grace

Nepal was trustworthy to a fault, but she liked him, despite this possibly being a recruit attempt. Grace slowly moved over to the man and sat down at a small table outside of his house, waiting for him to ask her something.
