((Yeah, I think that would make sense.  She's still technically Independent I suppose, because she doesn't know enough about the time to decide whether to fight for the rebellion or against it.))

Appearance: Blonde (Irrelevant, as she dyed her hair Blue) , bright blue eyes, freckles.

Alignment: Protection

Bio: Lexi was a prodigy. She had exceptional power over electricity- she could take it in, even from pure static form, and store it within her body indefinitely. She could "Charge" this way. She then could discharge it into a generator, ect. to give it more power. The military wanted to learn more about her, so she gladly complied- she trusted them. What she didn't know was that they wanted to install genetic implants that enhanced her power. After a few operations, she was even more powerful. She could hold more power, absorb it even faster, and unleash devastating attacks. "It's for the security of the people- the world needs more people like you, Lexi." The military would always say. Lexi wanted to help. Perhaps these new implants could help her join the police force like she always wanted.

After the operation, she joined the police force as a powerful crime fighter. On her first job, however, something went wrong. She had a sufficient amount of energy inside her for the mission- track down a murderer. When she and her two partners got there, the killer made a run for it. She decided to stop him dead in his tracks by tazing him with her lighting. His tracks weren't the only thing dead- she lost control of the amount of discharge and accidentally launched all of her charge into one attack, killing him. After that incident, the police force decided to temporarily revoke her badge and put her through a few tests to make sure she had adequate stability for her job. Sure enough, she had lost control over her powers- sometimes, she would involuntarily take away an object's charge, leaving it powerless. That, or the other, much worse affect- random and uncontrolled discharges. She no longer had control over when she discharged her power, but one thing WAS certain- when she did it, ALL of her power was always let out at once. She no longer had control over her (Incredibly Dangerous) power, and was sent to the asylum as Prisoner 812-275-750, Code-Name "Pulse" until she could regain control.

Now, in these desperate times, she yearns to join Protection and do the job she has fought for for years.

Power: Lightning/Electricity- She had the ability to take away charge from any electrical object, IE. computers, batteries, lamps. She then gains all electricity that was stored inside it, and can then release it into attacks. She somehow lost control over it, however, and randomly releases all charge in an unpredictable pattern. It's incredibly dangerous to be near her when she has a high charge, so she is put in a maximum security cell specially designed to conduct all of her charge and ground it whenever she discharges, rendering it harmless as long as nobody else is in the cell. Also, though it goes without saying, she can't be hurt by electricity.

Signature Moves: Charge Stop- Uses her body as an insulator, cutting off all electricity from flowing through an object she touches.

Absorb Charge- Takes electrical energy from any electrical object, storing it in her body.

Minor Discharge- Shoots a small amount of electricity at the target.

Major Discharge- Releases all charge and emits a huge electrical pulse, causing a massive explosion.

Overcharge- Takes in more electricity than she can physically hold. In this form, electricity leaks out of her and flow around her like a deadly force field, shocking anything she comes in contact with.

Electra Pistol- Cutting edge technology specifically tailored for Lexi's power. It's a gun that shoots not bullets, but compressed blasts of electricity as ammunition. It draws electricity directly from her body. When she uses this, she can adjust the amount of charge put into shots (Low for warn, Medium for stun and High for kill).

Weaknesses: Powers (opportunities to charge) limited to environment, loses charge in water (Exception: Thunder storm, see "Other"), hesitant to kill. Blindly loyal to people who fight evil.

Other: During a thunder storm, she will become incredibly powerful- she can take power directly from the storm and create gigantic electrical shock waves, causing massive destruction. She does not want to fight Mirror, Psycho or Lock.

Appearance: Tall and thin, with pale skin and a pencil mustache, meticulous clothing and a labcoat

Alignment: Independent

Bio: Little is known of the doctor. He is a close ally of the government, and frequently helps their agents out of tough situations. Unbeknownst to them, however, his loyalties are questionable and he secretly aids rebellious forces as well. He decides who to save and who to kill in order to maintain the status quo. He has a virtual army of dozens of people reliant on him. He has no morals.

Power: He can swap physical conditions. For example, if an ally is mortally wounded and an enemy unscathed, he can reverse their roles, healing his ally and leaving his enemy to die. It is touch based, but he only needs to touch one of them. It does not work on himself.

Signature Moves: N/A

Weaknesses: He himself is vulnerable since he cannot heal himself. He keeps his subordinates in line through fear, but they will mutiny if given an opportunity. He is unsocial.

Other: If he heals you, you will owe him a favor, for him to call in at any time. If he decides to cal it in, you really have no choice but to do it.

Lock stood up and looked around, "Wow, we're right outside of Blackstone Manor, that means we are in Calikana, I believe where San Francisco was now that I think about it, but the house is right that way and we have plenty of room if anyone needs a place to stay" Lock let off a huge fire blast in the air, "It's good to be back"

"Oh, I see.  I'll need a pseudonym."  Dr. Hook thought for a while.  "All right then.  Call me Anastasia Vigor.  Do you know exactly what time we're in?  Also, how will you explain the events at the asylum to your parents?"
