Bio: John Henry is a Vreme resident since birth. He always wanted to be a doctor, but after a few years of being a medical doctor he grew interested in the growing modification business. He worked closely with the Noir for a few months before returning to his job, disgusted with the Noir's activities, or so the public thought. Despite his motives being generally a mystery, he is one of the main doctors in Vreme that installs mods for the Noir.
Mod Bonus: A brain mod and an eye mod of a late friend's design that allows him to keep an incredibly steady hand during surgery and gunfire. His eye mod allows him to find ways to do complicated operations that would seem impossible beforehand.
Mod Drawback: The mods have taken a toll on Dr. Henry's brain, and he's unable to move with any sort of speed in thoughts or actions. Despite his proficiency with guns his brain speed is quite slow, and it takes him a while to process information.
