Jack stood back and watched the battle, still holding his pistol.

Muramasa

The Red Berserker charged forward, seemingly uncaring as the vast majority of her army had been torn to shreds by Avenger's own horde. It didn't matter. All losses were acceptable losses if they gave her a chance to hurt that girl.

Muramasa, in fact, didn't seem to think twice about cutting through some of her own men in an effort to reach Avenger, and even one of Masamune's summons, Kinju.

In a fraction of a second, Muramasa's sword arm was drawn back in preparation for a strike. An even smaller fraction later, the blade had collided with the remains of The Wing of Icarus at Avenger's side. The wings may have stopped a deep wound, but Avenger still found herself thrown backwards by the force and ferocity of the attack.

Eve

She balanced to land on her feet, sliding several feet backward through mud and snow before finally stopping. After a few seconds of catching her breath she drew Excalibur from Sanctum Sanctorum and tore a few surrounding soldiers to shreds with it. She and Muramasa locked blades, but Eve's sword began to gain an advantage.
In that moment, there was only silence.

Muramasa

Muramasa's expression darkened, as she continued to lock blades with Avenger. She was stronger, but her blade would not be able to hold up against this new one for long. Scowling, she held her left hand up into the air. A second polished katana materialized in her grip, a split second before her first blade gave out. Catching the woman off guard once again, she swung the new blade directly at her throat.

Eve

She bent backwards, dodging by a margin of mere millimeters as the stray hairs which had drifted upward were cut short by the sharp blade. In its metal surface, she could see her reflection as it passed over her eyes.

Muramasa deflected a few more attacks. As Eve continued her attack, portals began to dynamically fire weapons from different angles in an attempt to catch her off guard.
In that moment, there was only silence.

Robin

While Muramasa and Eve had their deadly sword fight, Robin moved to get a clear shot at Eve and Muramasa. As he watched Eve snet many different blades at Muramasa for distraction, Robin shot off a volley of his own ice at Eve to distract her. Robin took cover once again.

Anne

It's a wonder that he got out of the way in time and can still fight because of that.

Despite what Robin seemed to think, she actually had been paying attention. In fact, she had just unleashed a large flare when he had jumped in and told her to pay attention. She had managed to suck the flames back in and gain back half of the mana used before it killed him, but his right arm was a little burnt and would take an above normal healing spell to cure.

He skipped away like the pain was nothing, but would probably stop to heal sometime soon as his arm was less numb and he could feel the pain.

Eve's busy with Muramasa, you can go in now, but come out fast.

Saber charged towards Eve and landed a slightly weak blow. It would just distract her for a few seconds, and hopefully his stupid student would use that moment to her advantage. He quickly slid back out of Eve's range and proceeded to cut up more of the armored humanoids. There were only around four fifths of the original amount left, showing good progress.

Henri

Henri stared at the chaos of the battle.  Useless.  In the end, I'm useless.  He supposed that this was a lesson unto itself as to why the Sanctum War was so terrible.  These Servants of the past were infinitely more powerful than any human on Earth, and they could cause near-infinite damage as a result.

We get rid of the Servants, we get rid of the problem plaguing us.  Even Avenger, even Ruler, are Servants in the end.  But what do they serve?

Henri halfheartedly summoned a volley of lightning spells and cast them in Avenger's direction.  Her incredible strength made them fizzle out before they even reached her.

It's up to Caster and the Maria-Lancer pair now... we're screwed, aren't we.

Hera

Hera dodged a sword stroke from one of Avenger's slaves and struck back with a blade of her own which she had snatched from one of his fallen comrades. This would be a lot easier if I actually had enough mana to cast a spell.

Hera's weak shield had shattered in the first volley of noble phantasms. Her mana was so little that any small spell would completely drain her. Kirin had begun to fend for himself in a similar fashion to the girl and was dispatching the attackers as best he could.

Hera was brought back out of her thoughts by a powerful attack by her opponent causing her to lose her weapon. A sword leveled with her throat. The female cleared her throat in an attempt to get Kirin's attention.

...A little help, please?

((Sorry for the minor bunnying, Zen. I just thought I would introduce Kirin and Hera back into the scene.))

Kirin

He created a force field beneath the soldier and forced it to lose its footing, then torched it before it could retaliate. "Keep your guard up. They're getting more aggressive."

Hera stepped back as a shadow loomed over him. Kirin turned around and was met with a massive humanoid creature, holding Tyrfing with one hand and seeming to breathe smoke. It swung down upon them with a potentially crushing strike.
In that moment, there was only silence.

Robin

Robin broke contact as he saw one of the Armoured looming over Kirin, about to strike. Robin darted forward, slicing through the beings leg, sending it staggering. He drew his throwing dagger and stabbed the warrior in the chest, mortally wounding it.

Maria

She finally arrived in the center of her painstakingly prepared array from over six hours ago. She beckoned Lancer to stand in the center and began to light up the magical array.
Lancer peeled off his veil and unwrapped the mangled, metal staff that he kept securely by his side. Slowly, but surely, it began to show a lustrous glow.

Lancer firmed planted the staff into the center of the array whilst a second one a few meters of the the side had a rock placed into the center. Silvery light danced in Maria's hand and loosely turned into the shape of a sword. She stabbed it into the center of the stone. Caliburn.

The air quivered once more, a similar outline came to stir. A bastard sword of some sorts in both senses of the word. It was both large and dull, a strange sort of blade. As it fully formed, she strapped it to her waist. Curtana.

She continued toying with the air, and with each stroke a new line emerged. One, two, three, four, the spectral lumps fell upon the ground. Joyeuse. Durendal. Sword of Catherine. Lance of Longinus.

She wrapped the air around herself, and two more ghastly films developed.
Shroud of Turin. Crown of Thorns.

With that her sculpting session ended and the items were scattered around on the ground. Waving her arms, the air gathered them up and jabbed them neatly into a circular formation around the staff in the center.

She **** open her mouth and then gently pursed her lips. She opened them once more and started, "King Richard III, I beseech of thee. Rise up ye Fallen King. Rise up and once more grasp the throne of the Lord."

In a distant room, a young girl sat serenely in her chair, eyes closed, head down. Her left hand shimmered red, illuminating the room. With a booming echo, the light receded. A second mark had vanished.

The hunched old man slowly trembled, his bones contorting and reforming. His hair grew out, his spine straightened, his gait was corrected, and his wrinkles faded away. The staff developed a singular prong on both ends and the metal slowly smoothed out. From a dull, murky black pearl, it became ornate, glistening with gold. The test of time had come to greet him in his life, once more would he now abandon his visage for another. In youth had come strength, charisma, and the seat of the world. He was back, he was Richard III.

The Fallen King could only trek upon the world for so long. After all, he was no longer the king, Britain was now in the palm of another. But for now, if but for an instant in the eyes of those above, it was his domain again. He was King, he reigned all, and he usurped the land. Yes, this was his battlefield and he intended to keep it that way. His ambition had paved the way for him in his lifetime and once more it would serve him. A lasting accomplishment would be enumerated amongst those to fight the strongest of servants and to obtain victory. yes, he would not let anyone stand in his way. No one. No one.
Spoiler: tl; if lazy (hover to show)

Accel Burst EX. Dash. Leap. Strike. Richard III concentrated energy into his feet and pushed against the ground. In a single push, he covered dozens of his normal strides. In one last kick against the ground, he rocketed himself into the air, sailing towards the battle between the swordswoman and Avenger.

Herculean Strength EX. Smash. Divine Protection EX Swap when required. With that, Richard slammed into the Eve's flank, knocking away Muramasa, battering the flying phantasms and let the momentum carry him through his attack.

Eve

King... Richard?

...I know him.

She got on her feet and stared him dead in the eye. "Do people really still believe in that foolish Christian belief that their god can save them?"

Kavacha. Armor of Karna. A sleek, tightly fitting suit of black and gold armor materialized over her body, replacing her dress.

Shield of Judas Maccabee. Over her left arm, a medieval shield emerged. Her right arm was outstretched.

A low rumbling could be heard as a dark form began to materialize, faintly glowing red. Its shape was long, comparable to a spear of sorts, but the code that formed it was a blood red in color, and at its end were three razor sharp protrusions.

But let thine eyes be clouded in the fog of turmoil and chaos. I, who am trapped in a cage of madness, and you who hold my chains.

Once it was completed she twirled it with finesse and bolted straight for Lancer, spears clashing.
In that moment, there was only silence.

Nicole

Nicole hung back, watching each group of combatants with interest. These armored beings wen't enough of a worry that she would waste any of the corpses on them; the swordsmiths had done a good job of cleaning up most of them anyhow.

That strange cube-girl's Lancer had joined the fight, and seemed to be holding up against Avenger. Nicole would surely like to talk to that girl again sometime. She'd seemed interesting.

Anne and Cody were being pretty useless overall. Still, Nicole looked forward to talking to them soon... how long would it take them to figure out what she was?

The Spade Lancer's ex-master was... even more useless, really. Ignore him.

That one boy with the sword, the club non-master -- he'd been doing a pretty good job of dispatching the summoned soldiers. He wasn't a terrible fighter, she supposed.

Even now, he was off by the Oshiro and the weird girl, stabbing a warrior who wielded... wait. That sword. HIS sword.

Even before she'd made a conscious effort to, Nicole had covered three-quarters of the distance between them.

In two more seconds, Nicole closed the gap between them, and dove on top of the ancient blade as if shielding it with her body.

Muramasa

As the spearman began to engage the girl, Muramasa turned to survey the remains of her legion.

There wasn't much.

But there, close enough that she could count the individual scratches on his sword, was the man she hated most in all the world, battling a half dozen shades at once, surrounded with a glowing white aura. Masamune.

Roaring in rage, Muramasa charged forward, intent on driving her blade into his ribcage.

Robin took a single look at the girl who had just sprinted at the warrior's sword, jumping towards it.

What the...

Robin sliced the Armoured's leg, before the flying girl shoved him out of the way.
