Age: Unknown (Young Adult)
Personality: Wise, polite, but ruthless
Bio: Jack is a high ranking member of the criminal group known as the Shadow Syndicate. An enemy to modern society, he spends most of his time watching from the rooftops, seeing who dares stray from the virtuous path- so he can recruit them.
