The figure at the center of the room began to glow with a blue light, magical armor plating appearing around him.  He held out his jagged kris blade, which seemed to be emitting the light.  He turned to face those who had entered.

"I, Hang Tuah, have become your final obstacle in the Sanctum War.  Defeat me, and you may claim the catalyst.  I care not for honor or fairness; attack me all at once or one at a time.  I can tell you now that I am more powerful than any of you, as was the will of my Master, so long ago."
